    These are some common questions I have each year.


    1)  What do we do with the paper readers?

    		1)  Q What do we do with the paper readers?

    		A
    Paper readers are used to review phonic sounds, spellings, and grammar. Your child is to read the paper reader once to become familiar with the words. They read it a second time and underline or mark what ever the directions says. Third they read for fluency. If your child can read the reader smoothly, sign it and they can bring it back for a sticker.

    Welcome to the Fourth Grade. I am looking forward to starting the 2012-2013 school year. I can't wait to get to know all of my students and their parents better.  We have many exciting events and projects to look forward to. There will be many opportunites for parent volunteers as well. I look forward to seeing all of you on Back to School Night where many important topics will be covered. Please make every effort to come.
